Function: Tyme is traditionally used in Herbal Medicine to help relieve coughs (spasmolytic), the symptoms of bronchitis and mucus buildup of the (upper) respiratory tract (anti-catarrh). Source of/An antioxidant that helps (to): a) fight / b) protect (cells) against / c) reduce (the oxidative effect of/the oxidative damage caused by/cell damage caused by) free radicals. Used in Herbal Medicine to help relieve symptoms associated with minor urinary tract infections, such as burning sensation and/or frequent urination.

Ingredients: Common barberry (Berberis vulgaris - Fruit) 250mg, Cinnamon extract (10:1, QCE 400mg) (Cinnamomum aromaticum - Branch bark) 40mg, Black elder extract (20:1, QCE 700mg) (Sambucus nigra - Fruit) 35mg, Common oregano extract (5:1, QCE 250mg) (Origanum vulgare - Leaf) 50mg, Thyme extract (20:1, QCE 700mg) (Thymus vulgaris - Herb top flowering) 35mg, Uva ursi extract (10:1, QCE 350mg) (Arctostaphylos uva-ursi - Leaf) 35mg, Jin yin hua extract (12:1, QCE 600mg) (Coptis chinensis - Rhizome) 50mg

Other Ingredients: Hypromellose, Magnesium stearate, Microcrystalline cellulose

Directions: Adults (18 years and older): Take 1 capsule at one time, 2 times per day. Do not take with highly acidic foods (e.g. citrus fruits and juice) or medications, which may acidify urine. Take a few hours before or after any medication or natural health product.
