RestoreCan - Digestion Support

Yes the first ingredient in this supplement is LGlutamine, which is the “useful” form , but this is so much more than just glutamine! The powder contains many other wonderful ingredients, all in a group to promote gut health, easy digestion and a boost for the immune system.The manufacturer listed in the picture all of the ingredients, do read them on screen as the actually label is printed very small.This is really helpful for me and I did not find the taste objectionable at all. To me it tastes somewhat sweet and salty, a little savoury like a broth. I honestly can’t picture this powder mixed in coffee, sorry…. At most I would mix it with some varieties of green tea, the most umami savoury ones…. as of now I just mix it with warm (after having been boiled) water.Aside from the price which is justified but it makes for a budget assessment before re-purchase, my only other issue with this supplement had been finding the provided scoop in the powder: mine was hidden somewhere at the bottom on the jar, and I must have dug in the yellow powder for five minutes before finding it. It felt a little like digging in the sand for dinosaur eggs….In any case I am happy to use this supplement; do take a look, it is a very interesting group of plant and animal sourced supplements all put together in one, for ease of taking more synergistic effects.Thank you

This product is a well designed blend of numerous ingredients that are all designed to promote good gut-health. Prebiotics, Amino acids, herbs, vitamins & minerals are all put together here, and it made it easy for us when we were looking for supplements to help with better digestion. We found this product looking for inulin pre-biotic supplements, as there's been a fair bit of research lately supporting the benefits of inulin - but we were interested to see that ALLBE had combined a bunch of other good things that had me digging through the internet with curiosity. I wasn't familiar with Bovine Colostrum as a supplement, but for those of us who aren't vegan or have any milk allergies - there are numerous benefits to it, including better gastrointestinal function. I won't go through all the ingredients here, but overall I was pleased to see the combination of all of them - it seems to be a well thought out design as a "one-stop shop" for better gut health.Use & Overall Impressions: RestoreCan does contain "apple powder" so that adds a bit of nice flavor - but this supplement is designed to be effective, and they don't waste space with other flavoring or added sugar - so it's not something you'll buy for the "taste". Having said that, it doesn't taste bad - I just found I enjoyed it best mixed in a shaker with some juice & water, to allow the juice to create the dominant flavor - I use a tropical juice blend and that works nicely for me. I think it would be just fine blended into a smoothie of any kind. Personally, when I buy supplements I want them to be clean and effective - and not have useless additives like flavoring or added sugar - and that's exactly what RestoreCan offers - all the good stuff with no extras we don't need.Happy with a product that delivers a great mix of ingredients, and no fillers or sugars.

I've been taking the supplement for almost a month now and I can say for a fact that this supplement works. My gut health has been neglected for a long time now and I think that really resonates with a lot of people. We just really don't think about it or even care about fixing it. Recently I decided to make some changes in my diet and my gut health got worse. That's when I came across a supplement and thought what's the worst that can happen. Now I don't feel as bloated as I used to be and I feel like I have more energy. Some of the pros about the supplement are the price and the effects. Right now the price is $45.99 for the entire tub. For supplement like this that's pretty normal; not overly competitive. There's only one thing I would change about this supplement and that's the smell and taste. It's just strong and it comes across as taking medicine. That part isn't too bad but if you're ingesting something I would like it to taste and or smell good. It just makes the entire experience that much better. Besides that I had a great experience I'm going to continue to order more once this Runs Out.

This product contains bovine colostrum, which is derived from cows, making it unsuitable for vegans.I have no issue with this but the taste is really troubling to me. The smell is as bad as the taste IMO and I do not find that adding it to a beverage is helpful. It is also not easy to dissolve in water. Its a very collagen like texture and strong smell/taste, I'd describe it as something between glue and whey.Finally, be aware that you may have side effects, mostly digestive. The ingredients may upset your stomach - I got some bloating and gas from it.In conclusion, I do think the supplement may be doing a bit too much, as just L-gluatmine, just Inulin, just milk thistle, or just colostrum may serve your needs better.

Honestly this product is probably fantastic and it seems like a lot of people are getting some great results from it, but try as I might I just could not stomach more than a couple sips without feeling like I needed to gag. I want to be clear though that I am a vegetarian, and although I am not a vegan and will drink milk and other animal by products I might be more sensitive to something like Bovine Collostrum than the average person. The powder itself has a salty smell that almost reminds me of powdered chicken broth. I imagine this might actually mix well with a chicken broth based soup to cover the taste and make it more palatable. For me hot water, cold water, coffee, tea, I couldn’t get through more than a couple of sips before throwing out the entire cup in disgust. I do wish this product came with some suggested recipes/ways to mask it well because I really can’t get myself through more than a couple sips. I will say the couple sips did seem to have a settling effect on my usually unsettled stomach. I am unable to comment on the real effectiveness of this unfortunately as I never took the full doses.I guess I’d say avoid this if you have found certain supplements make you gag before (this isn’t the first for me unfortunately) as this will likely not be something you can handle consistently enough to make it worth the buy.
